I'm Johnny. I started this in Cedar Rapids in 2010 because the agency I was working at kept selling templates and calling them custom. The owners they sold to deserved better. Service businesses do real work for real people, and the websites and SEO they were getting were lazy.
For fifteen years we've focused on one kind of buyer: the owner-operator of a service business who is struggling to be found online. HVAC companies, restaurants, law firms, healthcare practices, restoration crews, concrete contractors, trucking outfits, freight operators. The people who built it and run it. Not a marketing partner who won't condescend to them.
